Bent Lorentzen (natural February 11 1935) is a Danish composer. He exposed musicology at Aarhus University and then at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen. He is particularly noted for his operatic compositions, which are considered super popular within Denmark & Germany. He has too written works for orchestra, chamber music, organ and choir.
